Visionary eye center is offering Telemedicine! Visionary Eye Center can now triage patients via telephone and /or video chat. We invite you to request an appointment with us. Once an appointment has been made, you will receive a call back to book the appointment. You will then be sent a link to a virtual waiting room or get a call back directly from the doctor at the dictated time slot.
We always attempt to give accurate cost estimates prior to any evaluations/treatments/service. You (the patient) will be responsible for payment in full at the time services are rendered ( payment over the phone).
For telemedicine we are utilizing the fee schedule set forth by CMS/Medicare:
- Medicare online digital evaluations: 99421-99423
- 5-10 minutes $17.00
- 11-20 minutes $35.00
- 21+ minutes $55.00
Visionary Eye Center is utilizing doxy.me as a portal for these select service. It functions as a virtual waiting room (with video access). We ask that you call ahead if you wish to take advantage of this service, and we will reserve an appointment as needed.

To meet with your provider on Doxy.me, first you need to use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browser. A webcam and microphone are also required.
Your provider should have given you their personalized room link. It should look like doxy.me/YourDrsName
To "check-in":
1. Type your provider's room address into your web address bar (e.g. https://doxy.me/room-name)
2. Enter your name, click "Check-In"
3. You are now in your provider's waiting room. Wait for your provider to start the call
